Lack of sleep is a very common phenomena in the current generation. Night shifts at work , late night parties and also internet keeps them awake for hours late in the night which ultimately results in disturbed sleep cycle. Teenagers are inclined towards staying up late in the night and ultimately getting less sleep than what is required .
